01 Product description: In the product description there are packaging and order instructions, please each buyer according to the requirements of the order, if there is a special need, please confirm with the customer service before the order remarks.
02 Color difference description: because of the background of the photo. The color difference and color caused by the different degree of light and computer monitors will be different, which is not within the controllable range and does not belong to the quality problem.
The product is subject to the physical object, please carefully consider the color difference and small defects are very concerned about before deciding whether to order.
03 About delivery: After the buyer orders and pays, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Basically, those who order and pay before 4pm will ship the goods on the same day (except holidays).
We will contact you by phone or want want if we are out of stock. All products will not be put on the list, if there is any demand, please note.
Customized products shall be subject to the time agreed by both parties.
04 Express logistics: The default express is YTO/STO. If you need other express, please contact online customer service. If the delivery is not available or the goods are urgently needed, please contact customer service to change to SF Express (need to make up the freight difference).
Please explain the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the shipping station to the customer service, so that you can mention the goods in the shortest time and the nearest place.
For the record, express and logistics are not under our control, please do not use express and logistics service attitude and arrival time as the basis for our evaluation.
05 About payment: The buyer first selects the payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, Alipay guarantees the security of the payment; When the buyer receives and confirms the goods, the payment is made to the supplier by Alipay.
If the goods are not received after the deadline or the goods do not meet the requirements, the buyer can apply for a refund to protect their rights and interests.
06 About signing: When the goods are delivered, please be sure to sign in person, such as family members, friends, doormen, etc., will be regarded as signing in person. Please be sure to open the inspection on the spot and sign for receipt.
If the goods are damaged during transportation, please verify, claim or refuse to sign directly to the delivery personnel.
07 About after-sales: within seven days from the date of receipt, if there are quality (misdelivery, missed delivery) problems, please contact us in time, we will give the reply of replacement, return and replacement, overdue no longer accepted.
If there is no quality problem, the products sold will not be returned or replaced.
